Processing time
Orders usually leave our warehouse within 1–2 working days. As soon as your parcel ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link.
Delivery time
Standard delivery to the UK takes 5–12 working days. Exact times depend on where you live and on the local carrier that delivers the last part of the journey.
Busy periods
Winter storms, sales campaigns and the run-up to Christmas can add a few extra days. If we expect a delay on your order, we'll let you know.
VAT and import charges
Our prices include UK VAT. For orders up to £135 there are no extra import charges to pay on delivery.
Tracking your parcel
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your parcel. We also keep an eye on shipments ourselves and will contact you if an address looks incomplete or a parcel stops moving.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected time, email skkfreqmx@gmail.com with your order number. If the parcel is considered lost, we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund.
