This privacy policy explains how SKK FREQMX LLC, trading as Scandinavian Safety (“we”, “us”), collects and uses personal data when you visit or buy from scandinaviansafety.store. - Payment information: processed by our payment providers. We do not see or store full card numbers.
- Communications: messages you send us, for example through our contact form or by email.

How we use it and our legal basis
- To process and deliver your order, handle returns and provide customer service (performance of a contract).
- To prevent fraud and keep the website secure (legitimate interests).

Who we share it with

Our company and some of our service providers are based outside the UK, including in the United States and China (our warehouse). Where your data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or other approved mechanisms.
How long we keep it
We keep order data for as long as needed for the order, returns and guarantee claims, and for the period required by tax and accounting law. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.
