Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders usually leave our warehouse within 1-2 working days. You'll receive an email with a tracking link when your parcel ships.

Delivery time

Standard delivery to the United Kingdom takes 5-12 working days. Busy periods such as winter storms, sales campaigns and the run-up to Christmas can add a few days. We'll let you know if we expect a delay.

VAT and import charges

Our prices include UK VAT. For orders up to 135 GBP there are no extra import charges to pay on delivery.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected time, contact us at skkfreqmx@gmail.com with your order number. If the parcel is considered lost, we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund.
