100-day money-back guarantee

You can return a product within 100 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. The product should be in a resaleable condition with its original packaging and accessories. Clearly worn, misused or incomplete products may receive a partial refund.

Statutory right to cancel

UK consumers can cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, and then have a further 14 days to return them. The refund covers the goods and the standard delivery charge paid. The customer pays the cost of returning the goods. Our 100-day guarantee is in addition to these rights.

How to return

Email skkfreqmx@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send return instructions and the return address. Please use a tracked service and keep proof of postage.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing fault, or is wrong or incomplete, contact us with photos or a video. We cover the costs and send a free replacement. For faults that appear within 100 days you may choose a replacement or a refund. Your statutory rights for faulty goods always apply.

Cancelling before dispatch

Orders that have not shipped can be cancelled free of charge for a full refund.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of approval, and always within 14 days, to the original payment method. Banks may take a further 2-4 working days to show the refund.

Exclusions

The 100-day guarantee does not cover misuse, heavily worn items, missing parts or returns requested more than 100 days after delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
