2. These terms

These terms apply to all purchases made on this website. By placing an order you agree to them. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

3. Orders and contract

When you place an order you'll receive an email confirming that we have received it. The contract between us is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred; if so, we will refund any amount you have paid in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure payment system. We never see or store your full card details.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. Standard delivery to the UK takes 5-12 working days. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping policy for full details.

6. Your right to cancel and our guarantee

As a consumer you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods. In addition, we offer a 100-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund policy for full details and instructions.

7. Faulty products

Our products must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If they are not, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Product information

We try to make sure product descriptions and images are accurate. Small differences in colour or packaging may occur. Products must be used in accordance with the included instructions.

9. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or breach of your statutory rights. We are not responsible for business losses; our products are for domestic and private use.

10. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. If such an event happens, we will contact you and you may cancel your order for a full refund.

12. Complaints and governing law

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at skkfreqmx@gmail.com and we will try to resolve it quickly. If you are a consumer in the UK, these terms are governed by the laws of the part of the UK where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts there.

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place your order apply to that order.
